Kaden Honeycutt, driver of the No. 11 Toyota Tundra for Tricon Garage, opens up a new season with a new team by topping the practice charts Friday afternoon. He posted a fastest time of 48.439 seconds, with an average speed of 185.801 mph.

Cup Series regular Carson Hocevar, who will pilot the No. 77 Chevy Silverado for Spire Motorsports, was the only driver to have had an issue. Something went wrong with the transmission that caused smoke to billow from his truck. He then said something ‘blew up’ with a piece of shrapnel, blowing a hole in the floor panels and into the cockpit.

Listed below are the official practice speeds from Friday’s session. A total of seven trucks were unable to post a lap time in practice after failing the technical inspection multiple times.
